Hi neighbors,
I am committed to the success of this community and to serve our neighbors. I was in the Army for 7 years and was stationed at Ft. Liberty for 3 years and PCSed to Colorado Springs in the latter half of my Army experience. My family found our way back to NC in 2021 when my husband opened his State Farm office in Cary. I have a B.S. in Business Analytics and am working toward obtaining my M.S. in Applied Business Analytics and I enjoy making things efficient, streamlined, and work to the best possible outcome. Currently, I work on Ft. Liberty and have a five year old son and some of you may have met my pug. I hope I can meet all of your expectations as this Interim HOA Board works toward solutions for the 95 households in the community. I take what I do seriously and take pride in everything I put my energy toward. I look to all of you for support and guidance to move our community forward.

Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to you and tell you a little about myself. My name is Stephen Kuehl and I am currently serving as your interim Vice President for your Camellia Crossing HOA. I am currently in the process of retiring from the military after 25 years of service. I have spent most of my career being stationed here in North Carolina with my wife and 3 children in which we now claim this state as our home of residence and intend to stay within this community for many years to come. I have always enjoyed serving and helping others and that is one of the main reasons why I decided to volunteer as one of the members of the HOA board. In moving forward I look forward to working with the other members of the board and you in establishing policies and procedures that help manage our community funds in ways that maintain, improve, and develop current and future community amenities and projects for the betterment of the Camellia Crossing neighborhoods.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Patrick Fontana. I was born and raised in NYC, living there for 30 years. My wife and I moved to New Jersey, then Tampa, and finally settled in Vass.
I have been in construction as a project manager, building both commercial and residential projects.
Currently, I am employed by Ascot Construction in Southern Pines. I am overseeing 19 townhomes on SW Bennett Street and West Wisconsin Ave in addition to four single family homes in Aberdeen.
I feel that with my three decades plus of construction experience, that I can be an asset to our community at Camellia Crossing.
I will be serving as the interim treasurer until one is voted in.
My goal is to help right the ship regarding transparency and to get our financial house in order.
Thank you,
Patrick Fontana Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission to support mental health, including expanding our services and increasing accessibility to mental health resources.
