We are a community-led body that thrives on resident participation. The board members are unpaid homeowners who live in the community and who collectively work on behalf of the community.
The primary purpose of an HOA is to ensure that we maintain property values my maintaining the aesthetic of the community. The second purpose of the HOA, is to maintain the safety of all residents and guests. Third, is to ensure that the community is a great place to live by being a resource and fostering neighborly sentiment among residents.
The HOA has many functions: 1. Maintain financial integrity in the governing of the board. 2. Maintain the aesthetic of the community by contracting vendors for area beautification and maintenance. 3. Increasing the aesthetic of the community. 4. Hold meetings for budget proposals, town halls, amendments, propose and plan capital improvement projects, and be a resource for homeowners, residents, and their guests. It's a lot of work, but it's rewarding when it all comes together!
